Questions about a mediated IP marketplace
Public listings, private identities, and a desk between every enquiry. If your question is not here, write to the team.
How the house works
No. Public pages never show owner identities or contact details. Every enquiry is received and qualified by IP Junction first.
No. IP Junction is a mediated marketplace: curation, confidentiality, and a desk that owns the conversation until a commercial path is clear.
A public title, industry, IP type, stage, opportunity types, and a description written for counterparties. Supporting documents are only shown when they are marked public.
Publication means the listing passed IP Junction review. Buyers should still conduct independent due diligence. The platform does not issue legal opinions or valuations.
For IP owners
Owners, assignees, and authorised representatives. Every submission is reviewed before it can appear on the marketplace.
No. Interest is expressed through the listing. The desk qualifies the buyer and contacts you — your inbox is not published.
Yes. Documents can be public, seller-visible, admin-only, or held as confidential for later discussion.
Reviewers check ownership and positioning. Approved listings are published without your contact details. You track enquiries from the seller portal.
For buyers and partners
Through a structured enquiry on the listing. We qualify the buyer, contact the owner, and mediate the first conversations.
Yes. Submit a requirement and the business development team will search relevant opportunities on your behalf.

Often the preference is price on request, open to offers, or negotiable. Commercial terms wait for a qualified conversation.
