Confidentiality
Identities stay private until both sides are ready
IP Junction is built so that listing an asset is not the same as broadcasting who owns it. Public pages describe the opportunity. The desk owns the introduction.
What never happens on a public page
No published seller identity
Owner names, emails, and phone numbers are not shown on marketplace cards or listing pages. Publication is not a classified advert.
No open inbox
Buyers cannot email the owner from the listing. Interest is a structured enquiry to IP Junction, not a reply-to field.
No unsolicited outreach to the owner
We contact sellers when an enquiry is qualified — not by handing their details to every visitor who clicks through.
Documents stay on a visibility leash
Certificates and technical files are public only when marked that way. Confidential material waits for a mediated discussion.
How an introduction is actually made
01
A buyer expresses interest
The enquiry states commercial intent — licensing, acquisition, partnership — against a specific listing or a requirement brief.
02
The desk qualifies both sides
Business development reviews the buyer’s purpose and the owner’s appetite before anyone is named.
03
Conversation stays inside the house
Follow-ups, document requests, and NDA discussion are handled through IP Junction until a commercial path is clear.
04
Further disclosure is deliberate
Contact details and confidential files are shared only when both sides are ready. Nothing is automatic.
Read the process, or talk to the desk
If you need to understand listing review, NDAs, or how a requirement is handled, start with how it works — or write to us with the brief.
